Community Survey 2026

Hello! As we look ahead to 2026, we'd love to hear from you about what DIA means to you and where you'd like to see us go. Whether you're a past or current apprentice, a mentor, someone on our newsletter, or just someone who's followed along with our work, your input matters.

This survey takes about 5-10 minutes and most questions are optional. We'll share what we learn with everyone in January as we plan for the year ahead.

Data and privacy: Your answers will help guide the board discussion in January and help us focus our programming in the coming year. Your name won’t be associated with your answers unless you choose to share that information at the end of the survey.
